Open Command to talk to Uprate AI. It reads your reviews, analytics, store listings, competitors, app knowledge and these docs. It can draft replies, change review settings, prepare listing and screenshot changes and manage routines. What it can do depends on your plan, your app access and your store connections.
Actions that need your approval
Uprate AI asks before it:
- publishes, edits or deletes a store reply
- turns on or changes automatic publishing
- drafts many replies at once or replaces existing drafts
- stages or publishes store content
- invites or removes team members, deletes apps, or changes channel settings or knowledge files
It can save a single new reply draft without asking. Your automation rules can block more actions or require approval for them. An approval request means the action has not run yet.
Routines
A routine runs a prompt on a schedule. You find routines in Activity, where you can edit, run, pause or activate each one. Routines only read data. They never post replies or change store content. Results go to the web chat, Slack, Telegram or email.
Channels
Connect channels in Settings > Notifications. In Slack you can chat with Uprate AI in direct messages once you turn it on. In Telegram you chat through a connected bot. Each connection can limit who may use the assistant.
Microsoft Teams gets review summaries and email gets routine results. You cannot chat with Uprate AI in either of them.
Limits
Chat has a monthly allowance shared by the whole workspace across all channels. It resets at the start of each calendar month. Some AI actions also spend credits. Buying credits does not raise the chat allowance. See Teams and billing.
