Invite people
The team owner invites people by email in Settings > Team. Invitations expire after 7 days. A person can belong to one team at a time.
Roles
A member can have more than one role:
- Owner: the team, billing, app settings, reviews, analytics and publishing to the stores
- Member: app settings, reviews and replies, analytics and publishing to the stores
- Analytics: analytics
- Reviewer: reviews and replies, including posting replies
Only the owner can delete a team app.
Which apps members see
Without app groups, members see every team app. With app groups, a member sees the apps in their groups, and a member without a group sees only apps outside any group. The owner sees every team app. Joining a team does not share your personal apps.
Plans and credits
The owner manages the plan and credits in Settings > Billing, and team apps use the owner's plan and credit balance. Uprate checks plan features on the server, including in background work, so credits cannot unlock a feature your plan does not include.
Plan credits reset to the plan's allowance instead of rolling over. Credits you buy with Buy credits are kept separately and do not expire. They do not raise the Uprate AI chat allowance. Current plans are on the pricing page.
Downgrade or cancel
After a downgrade, features outside the new plan stop working, and remaining plan credits are capped at the new plan's allowance. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Then the workspace becomes read-only, and a credit balance does not change that.
